I am deeply saddened to learn of Dick's death. He and I worked together for many years at the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce, and we also exchanged ideas from time to time in our respective law practices. Dick was a WONDERFUL man: intelligent, wise, witty, charitable, generous, charming, just a wonderful person. Surely, his family and close friends will miss him greatly, as will the great many others of us who had the pleasure and privilege of knowing or working with him. - Bob Berger
