Arnold Gary “Arnie” Witt. Born in Chicago to the late Diane Witt Stern and the late Karl Witt. Arnie was a beloved family member, a cherished friend to many and an excellent athlete and competitor. Arnie went to Mather High School and played ball at Thillens. He attended Bradley University and University of Chicago. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Sue Motley Witt; his children Dr. Jessica and Tim Witt Johnson; Beck Witt and Major Griffin-Gracey who loved and respected him; Grandfather of Dillon and Harper Witt Johnson. Adored brother of Sandy and Steve Pernick. Wonderful stepfather to Brianna Motley [fiancée Terrell Partee], Zac [Natalie], Spencer and Paige Motley. Beloved Uncle Arn to Kevin [Julie Perkins] and Kelly Pernick. Son-in-law of Ruth Matson. Brother-in-law of Becky Laubenthal, Louis [Pam] Matson, Vicki [Ernie] Knight, Warren Matson [Barry Brenner].
